Rental Policy
Reservations
A reservation can be made by phone or internet. A credit card will hold your reservation. Condos in Branson accepts MasterCard, Visa or Discover. A reservation confirmation and rental agreement will be forwarded via e-mail or fax for verification & signature..
By creating a reservation you are agreeing to the below stated rental policies and forwarded Nightly Rental Agreement.
Payment of Rent
Rental payment is due 7 days prior to your arrival. Payments can be made by personal check, bank money order or credit card. When paying by credit card, you card will be charged 7 days prior to your arrival date. If paying by check or money order, monies must be received 7 days prior to your arrival date. An receipt will be e-mailed or faxed once payment has been made. On the receipt will be check in instruction. If paying by check, a credit card must be on file in case of any damages assessed to your account after departure.
Cancellation
A $100 cancellation fee will be charged on all reservations cancelled 14 days prior to arrival dates. There is no refund on rents due to shorted stays or inclement weather.
Check In/Check Out
Check In is 3pm and Check Out is 11am. Please review the check out procedures located in rental property prior to departure.
Pets and Smoning
All properties are No Smoking and No Pets properties. If you smoke or have pets inside rental property, you will be held responsible for all deodorizing (carpet, furniture, etc) in addition to a $150 fine.
Guest Amenities
Each property is stocked with an initial supply of toiletry and hospitality items, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent. Do not remove any towels, sheets, blankets, furniture or any other items from the rental property. Daily housekeeping can be requested for an additional fee.
Maintenance Issues
Please report all maintenance problems to Condos In Branson at 913-706-0917 or 417-334-0804.
Personal Property
Condos In Branson is not responsible for vandalism, theft or any other damages done to personal property or for any personal items left in the rental property after check out.
Illegal Activities
If Condos In Branson is made aware of any illegal activities on the property it will be reported to the authorities. It will also result in eviction and forfeiture of all rents. This includes but not limited to underage drinking and use of drugs.
